controller regulates the load, protecting the battery from over discharging. Our STECA™
controllers provide both of these functions, and have some of the most advanced features
available, including the latest PWM Pulse Width Modulation technology.
Chargers with this technology can full charge the batteries, whereas ON/OFF charge controllers do not have this
feature.
